The lovely lady Lola, at the front desk is the best. From my previous walk-in to schedule my appointment, and the appointment itself, she was very helpful making sure my insure was accepted, and after the appointment she took extra time to go through my policy with me, to show what co-payments to expect for the upcoming work to be done. The hygienist was polite, and nice to talk with. Dentist was knowledgeable and put together a priority list for work to be done, but didn't get to chat with him much.

The insert had moved causing the doctor to have to redo the procedure at no cost to me. The situation was a bummer but no one’s fault and I’ve been going to this doctor for over 10 years. This will be my dentist till he retires for sure. That or move out of state.

However, recently Dr. Wagner and Lola went above and beyond to fit me in (miraculously) for a dental emergency that left unresolved would have complicated my efforts to receive treatment for another serious health matter. I’ve been seeing Dave Wagner for over 20 years, and I wouldn’t keep going back if it wasn’t a good experience. He does a great job. I’m almost 80, and still have my teeth. I broke a tooth recently. Dave got me in quickly and fixed my tooth. Thanks, Dave.

I moved to Tacoma so I transferred my care here. Everyone who works here is really friendly. It isn’t a giant office with turnover so they remember you too. And even being a small office they have much more up to date technologies than I have seen at any other dentist. Dr. Wagner made my crown in-house so I didn’t have to have a bunch of appointments and it was super convenient.

Dr. Wagner and his staff are friendly and professional. They have gone out of there way to take care of my dental emergency during the covid epidemic. My dentist was under reconstruction at the time and was unable to help me with a very serious dental emergency. Dr. Wagner is a perfectionist and making sure everything is going well and looks perfect. Lola is the kindest receptionist, I love sharing with her, great personalities all around. One of my front teeth had shattered and my mouth looked a mess but it was fixed in one sitting with a crown designed, created and fitted within 90 minutes. My favorite dentist yet. Would highly recommend him! I have straight teeth but I needed some fillings on my front two teeth due to enamel wear from braces and cavities. I have actually had people compliment my teeth and ask if they were real due to how perfect they looked after seeing Dr. Wagner. Super happy with the work and price!!!
